Este año en el CEA de Jumilla ha sido un muy buen año para mí profesionalmente. He tenido grupos de niveles muy distintos entre sí y eso ha supuesto un gran reto. A pesar de que en todos ellos he tenido muy buena experiencia, me gustaría mencionar especialmente a los alumnos de Acceso la Certificación del nivel  A2 de la escuela de idiomas. Empezaron muchos, había incluso una gran lista de espera. Los niveles entre los alumnos eran muy dispares así que comenzamos desde cero. Dos meses después ya habíamos adquirido un nivel aceptable. En el camino se han ido quedando alumnos que no han continuado por diversas razones: de índole personal, falta de tiempo, agobio por el nivel exigido e incluso (los que menos) porque pensaban que el inglés no servía para nada. A día de hoy, me siento orgullosísima del nivel alcanzado por los estoicos que han aguantado hasta el final, ya que nos hemos quedado cerca de un nivel de bachillerato. Aprueben o no la prueba de certificación, les agradezco profundamente su trabajo, ilusión y ganas de aprender, algo que desgraciadamente abunda poco. Por los buenos ratos, las risas, la dedicación a la asignatura y el ansia de conocimiento os digo a todos gracias. Espero haber sido tan buena profesora como vosotros os merecíais.

This course in the CEA of Jumilla has been a very good one professionally speaking for me. I have taught many different levels and that has been a great challenge. Despite de fact that I have had a good experience in all of them, I would like to make a special mention to those in the A2 group. There were a lot of people at the beginning; there was even a waiting list. The students’ levels were very different so we started from zero. Two months later they had acquired an acceptable level. In this path many students have fell by the wayside because of different reasons: personal nature, lack of time, anxiety by the required level, and even (the least) because they thought English was not worth the time. Nowadays, I feel very proud of the level acquired by the stoical survivors, as we have reached a level which is close to that of bachillerato. Whether you pass or not doesn’t matter, I really appreciate your daily work, eagerness and your attitude towards learning, something which is unluckily absent from many students. For the good times spent, for the laughter, your dedication to the subject and the longing for learning, I thank you all. I hope I have been the teacher that you deserved.
